What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on our site for the first time. When registering on our site, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

If you take part in our Referral Program where we pay you for the referrals you make we will require additional information including some form of official ID, Tax number and a bank account so we can make payments to you. This information is required to comply with Money Laundering Laws.

Can you access information we have about you?

Once you have registered for the TCEO course you will have access to your profile and be able to update and add or delete information about you as you wish. You can change this information at any time.

How do we use your information?

The information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

  • To improve customer service: Your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs.
  • To process transactions: in particular, for the express purpose of delivering the purchased products or services in our courses and to make payments to you through the Referral Program.
  • To send periodic emails: The email address you provide for your order processing will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order and the subsequent additions of new courses, bonus offers and other promotions. You may unsubscribe at any time.
  • If you want to remove all your personal information from our website, you will no longer have access to the TCEO program.
  • Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent

How long do we keep your information for?

Your subscription the TCEO program is a lifetime subscription. We will retain your information for as long as we remain in business, which we expect to be many years to come. Should we wind up WSDA New Zealand the information will be passed to a new owner of the TCEO business so they can continue to provide the service program. If there is no new owner your information will be destroyed and will not be made available to any other entity.

Should you wish to end your registration with WSDA New Zealand TCEO program your personal information will be deleted from our database.

How do we protect your information?

We use a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you register.

  • We offer the use of a secure server.
  • All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
  • Your information is encrypted into our Database to be only accessed by those authorized with special access rights to our systems.
  • All our staff are required to keep the information confidential.
  • After a transaction, your private information (credit cards etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
  • If, in the unlikely event that your data is compromised (hacked) from our servers, we will inform you as soon as we become aware of the situation by email and we will take immediate steps to fix the problem.

We do use cookies for the register and login system to assist you gain quick access to your account.

Do we share any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.

New Zealand’s Anti-Spam Legislation

We abide by the New Zealand Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007 rules and regulations. When you sign up for our TCEO course, you may unsubscribe from our list at any time.

In addition to the requirements of the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007 we comply with the New Zealand Privacy Act 1993 manage your data in accordance with the Privacy Principles of that Act.

California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We comply with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), and do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products, and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
