Q. DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS?
We do not offer payment plans. Full payment is required at time of registration. We have priced this program as low as we possibly can. If you want to help with your payment then you can become an affiliate to recoup your payment.

Q. WHO AUTHORS ALL OF YOUR TRAINING PROGRAMS?
Our training programs come from a number of sources. Primarily they come from New Zealand-based trainers with many years of experience in New Zealand and other countries. We also have contributors from Asian countries. In particular we have a long-time partnership with trainers in Bangladesh.

Q. WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We have a full refund policy. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, simply forward a completed Request for Refund form within seven (07) days from your date of purchase. We would be surprised if you did want to refund because there are so many really good programs that you can access without a time limit.
